Cla-Val 55L-60 3/4" Fire Pump Casing Relief Valve UL/FM 20-200 PSI

The 3/4" Cla-Val Model 55L is a UL Listed and FM approved direct acting, spring loaded, diaphragm type pressure relief valve which can be installed in any position and is designed to open and close within very close pressure limits.
The adjustable pressure range is 20 to 200 PSI and typical installations are use as a fire pump casing/circulation relief valve or they may be installed downstream of a pressure reducing valve.
By removing and relocating the 3/4" plug in the valve body the new design permits installation in either an angle or straight orientation.

Typically ships in 1-2 days.

The 3/4" Cla-Val Model 55L-60 is a UL Listed, FM approved direct acting, spring loaded, diaphragm type pressure relief valve which can be installed in any position and is designed to open and close within very close pressure limits.

Kunkle 3/4" Figure 20 Fire/Jockey Pump Casing Relief Valve - 50-150 PSI

The Kunkle Figure 20 relief valve is an all bronze angle pattern liquid pressure relief valve with a pressure tight cap. The cap is removed to expose a drive screw and lock nut which is used to adjust the valve to the desired pressure setting.
(The Kunkle Figure 20 is neither UL Listed or FM approved and it is recommended that a Cla-Val 55L-60 be used for fire pump applications.)

Kunkle 218/228 Fire Pump Angle Relief Valve UL/FM
The Kunkle Model 218/228 is a bronze trim UL Listed and FM approved relief valve designed for fire pump installations. It is easily adjustable with the provided hand-wheel. Maximum set pressure of 175 PSI with the 125# inlet flange and a maximum set pressure of 200 PSI with a 250# inlet flanges.

Fire Pump Discharge Closed Waste Cone
Fire pump discharge closed waste cones are manufactured to meet NFPA 20 requirements for use with UL/FM relief valves.
These waste cones are constructed of fabricated steel with 150# RF ANSI B.16.5 flanged connections rated to 175 PSI WP with two sight glasses for visual confirmation of water flow.
Waste cones are sized based on NFPA 20 minimum relief valve discharge sizing. Please contact us for custom sizes or grooved connection options.
